THE TEAM
We would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to the team at the Kunstakademie. Some of us have known you for many years.
Stefan Wimmer has been the Academy’s Director since October 2017. His responsibilities include strategy, finance, public relations and, last but not least, program planning. For over 20 years, he has worked in the international art sector for galleries, as an art dealer, for art academies and museums and has held teaching positions at the University of Leipzig and the Mozarteum in Salzburg.
Walter Schönhofer holds the academy together. As head of seminar organization, he is not only the man with the vision and extensive knowledge to keep the Academy running like clockwork. He is also an important link between lecturers and participants and a key pillar in program planning.
As Head of Administration, Jutta Ellinger-Pfaffl has taken care of your registration, bookings and payment processing since the Academy was founded and is your first point of contact. As a trained office administrator, she has already proven her overview and foresight in various positions, even in stressful situations.
Amy Husarich and Aliona Schön will ensure that the participants are well catered for and will also take care of other catering issues. Amy comes from the USA and has lived here in Bad Reichenhall for many years. In addition to her diverse skills in catering, she is also fascinated by art and has already completed courses in the house herself. Annette Gorgas is the good spirit for the weekend. So that our participants can also rely on clean dishes and good food during this time
Uli Hirsch provides technical support, waste disposal and assistance with all questions relating to lighting and materials. Last but not least, he is available at exhibitions in the Städtische Galerie im Alten Feuerhaus to bring art to the wall.
Our online communication with social media as well as our homepage are maintained by Annika Jeuter and she ensures a good and moving image on many channels. She is also your contact person on Saturdays. She puts the Academy and everything that happens here in the right light and image.
With Robert Schön and Vadim Poskin, we want to make the team behind the team visible. They are the helping hands who make sure that our participants find well-prepared course rooms at the start of the courses and that everything disruptive has been removed.
