Various levels of creativity are explored and utilised in order to gain deeper insights into your own inner life. Intuitive painting and dream work complement each other perfectly. While dream work helps you to understand your inner images and relate them to your personal life context, intuitive painting gives you access to unconscious emotions and enables you to express them in a pictorial form and to classify your creative power and personal life context.
Intuitive painting means painting new images from the unknown within. This is the space and moment where there are no ideas of right and wrong, good or bad, where there is no ‘I must’ and no ‘I should not’. With paint, paper and chalk, we can make visible what lives deep within us and what touches us.
Intuitive painting deepens our engagement with the messages in our dreams and stimulates new processes of awareness.
Dreams are an inexhaustible and creative path to oneself. Today’s dream research assumes that dreams have meaning and significance and that dream content has an important message for our personal lives. That is why we also call them a life companion. With their help, we can identify areas of personal conflict and potential for development within ourselves. Dreams focus on the current situation, provide clues on how to deal with ourselves and offer solutions to life’s questions. Dreams are an inexhaustible source of inspiration.
Continuously drawing and painting dream images over a longer period of time makes it possible to deepen and further develop inner conflicts, questions and themes, and even accelerate artistic development.

All materials will be provided on request (40 € material costs excluding canvas to be paid directly to Luise Kloos on site). You are welcome to bring your own painting materials.
