Rafael Zielinski, a professional dancer from Amsterdam, inspires participants in this workshop to explore and expand their artistic abilities through his grotesque nudes and absurd figures. In the mornings, the focus is on the nude. Drawing on the flow of movement, Rafael poses for 1, 2 and 3 minutes. In an exercise sequence in 30-second intervals, there is scope to draw freely, switch off your mind and surrender to the flow of movement. This gives rise to dynamic sketches. In the afternoon, the focus is on transformation. The variety of costumes in the live performance inspires sensual, lively and humorous figurative representations. Playful imagination transforms the everyday into poetry. This seminar is for anyone who works independently and enjoys drawing the moving figure.
