Her work explores the tension between form and dissolution, characterised by movement, layering and strong visual impact. She works with a wide range of materials, loves large formats and combines energy with structure. Her artistic focus is on abstract realism.
She has been teaching at renowned art academies in Germany and abroad for almost two decades. In her courses, she places particular emphasis on technique, composition and understanding of materials. She imparts in-depth knowledge in a structured, solution-oriented and comprehensible manner. Angelika creates space for the individual visual language of the participants.
