Lives and works as a freelance artist in Hallein/Salzburg.
1958 Summer Academy Salzburg (Kokoschka), followed by intensive courses with renowned Austrian, German and British watercolorists.
Since 1976, head of painting seminars in the techniques of watercolor, oil, acrylic, since 2000 exclusively watercolor.
Lecturer at several art academies in Austria and abroad.
Publications in art magazines, publication of his own watercolor instructional DVDs, art catalogues and art calendars.
Numerous exhibitions in Austria and abroad, private and public purchases.
