In this master class, we will explore the significance of nature and landscape for human existence. The Berchtesgadener Land region is characterised by impressive natural scenery that has influenced people over the centuries, just as humans have influenced the landscape.
The aim of this week is to artistically question this conceptual perspective of the relationship between landscape and society and to implement visual experiments in all conceivable media, such as drawings, paintings, photographs, films or installations.
The artistic approaches will be discussed and developed further in excursions, group discussions and one-to-one conversations.
