We embark on a creative painting journey between figurative representation and abstract painting. The aim is to expand your own means of expression and develop an individual artistic vocabulary.
The focus is on exploring different composition options, the targeted use of colours and trying out different painting materials.
We explore how conscious design can create both harmony and deliberate irritation – whether through contrasts, breaks or unexpected placements in the image.
The course offers plenty of space for personal themes, questions and working methods. I attach great importance to accompanying and deepening the individual artistic development of each participant.
Whether representational, graphic or abstract: anything that enriches the painterly exploration and promotes individual development is permitted in this field of tension.
Joint discussions of pictures, inspiration from art history and the current art scene, and a lively, open exchange are naturally part of the course.
